Monthly Free Virtual Yoga! All experience levels welcome. This is an all-levels practice of stillness, pause, and deep stretch. Postures are held from two t0 six minutes, giving you the time to find your own perfect alignment and relax the mind and breath. Pre-registration is required and can be found here!
