The Harvey Health Centre (operated by Horizon Health Network) is focused on the health and wellness of all residents in the Harvey Rural Community and offers primary care and out-patient services.
The healthcare team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, a nurse practitioner, diabetes educator, and dietician. There is co-located X-ray and physiotherapy, by appointment, in addition to access to diagnostic tests, including lab work and electrocardiograms.
A variety of programs are offered in the centre, including pulmonary rehabilitation, healthy aging assessments, foot care, as well as group and individual education sessions.
Private physician offices are on site, as well as the community outreach program, which helps community residents with home care programs.
The Harvey Health Centre is located at 2019 NB-3, and is open Monday – Friday, from 7AM-7PM.
