To report any road issues, or to give feedback on the roadways outside of the Village area in HRC, these roads are owned and managed by the Government of NB. Contact DTI directly by emailing transportNB@gnb.ca or by calling 1-833-384-4111.

Please include images, descriptions, and the locations of the issues, along with your contact information. DTI will provide you with a ticket number for follow-up, and for tracking the resolution process.

When Should I Contact DTI?

Report road/highway damage & hazards
- Contact 911 if there are any road emergencies involving collisions, injuries, or an immediate danger to public safety.
Inquiries about road maintenance
- Snow plowing, mowing, brush cutting, paving, etc.
Inquiries about road construction
Inquiries about highway cameras
Damaged/missing road signs
Property damage resulting from DTI maintenance
Inquiries about highway usage and occupancy permits
