High-Intensity Interval Training (Circuit) class, every Saturday from 9-10 am. Fee is by donation (recommended donation of $3-5 per class).
Check out this lower intensity exercise program Mondays and Fridays, from 9-10AM, in the HMCC gymnasium. All equipment is provided, and open to adults of any age and abilities.
