Join the Water Watchers for a Plant Paddle! 🌿🚣♀️
Our Plant Paddle is scheduled for Saturday, August 9th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Lake George (Lake George Family Campground boat launch). Bring your kayak or canoe and team up with the New Brunswick Invasive Species Council (NBISC) and the New Brunswick Alliance of Lake Associations (NBALA) to:
🔹 Learn how to identify aquatic plants
🔹 Become a citizen scientist and monitor for invasive species
🔹 Explore beautiful Lake George alongside fellow paddlers
🔹 Contribute to real environmental monitoring efforts
** Personal floatation device is mandatory to participate.
