Brett is a lifelong resident of Prince William, New Brunswick, where his family’s roots run deep. Growing up in this community he spent his childhood playing local hockey and graduated from Nackawic Senior High School in 2010.
Today Brett and his wife Samantha are raising their 2 children in the same community that shaped him.
In 2026, he stepped into the role of president at Dunham’s Contracting (2009) Ltd., proudly carrying on the business that his maternal great grandfather originally built. He also operates Moonlight Maples. The name honors his paternal grandparents who successfully ran the Moonlight Motel and Restaurant in Dumfries, New Brunswick.
Giving back to the community is one of his greatest passions. He serves as a volunteer fire fighter with Dumfries Fire Department. He volunteers with local youth sports and community activities, helping provide the next generation of local kids with the same great upbringing.
