IMPACTED COMMUNITIES: ALL (entire Harvey Rural Community)

STATUS COMMENTS: Precipitation in the Harvey region over the last thirty (30) days has been very limited, with only minor rainfall and extended periods of dry weather. Daytime highs have frequently reached the mid-to-high 20s, and a heat warning is in effect for Monday and Tuesday, with humidex values expected to reach 38–43. • The closure does not apply to the beach at Harvey Lakeshore or the Grieve Lakeshore Trail.

• No other municipal trails or parks are closed currently.

Fire ban:

• There is a “no burn” (burn ban) across the entire community.

• This ban does not apply to outdoor cooking or heating devices (e.g., barbecues or propane fire pits), as they do not create sparks or embers.
