- Indoor Walking
- Looking to stay out of the mud? The HMCC gymnasium is open weekdays from 10AM-12PM to all who are looking for a dry place to stretch their legs! $3/session (pay at the HRC office). Special dog-walking sessions are every Wednesday and Friday, from 1-3PM.

- MOVE 50+ is an engaging platform offering a wide range of training videos and printable programs tailored to the unique needs of individuals over 50. With exercises designed to be performed at home and no equipment necessary, MOVE 50+ makes it easy to stay active, healthy, and informed.

- Zoomers in Balance
- Looking to stay active and reduce your risk of falling? Join fun, interactive classes led by certified Zoomers in Balance instructors! In these classes, you’ll learn essential resistance training, balance, and flexibility techniques, all designed to help you improve stability, strength, and confidence in daily activities. It’s a great way to stay safe, active, and engaged while having fun!

- TIME at Home
- TIME™ at Home is a virtual program designed by MS Canada to support individuals living with multiple sclerosis (MS) in staying active. Through guided exercise sessions, participants can improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, all from the comfort of their homes. This program aims to enhance mobility and quality of life, offering a supportive and accessible way to engage in physical activity.

- The New Brunswick Athlete Assistance Program (NBAAP) is a sport funding program that provides direct financial assistance to New Brunswick high-performance athletes who have achieved significant results at the national and/or international level, or have demonstrated a strong potential to earn a spot on a junior or senior national team.

- Join an invigorating hour-long exercise class targeted for those 55+! This group meets every Monday and Friday at 9AM in the Harvey Memorial Community Center Gymnasium.
