Pursuant to section 15 (4) of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c. 18, Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of Harvey Rural Community intends to enact By-Law #2025-07
Any person may obtain a copy of the proposed by-law at the Harvey Rural Community Office, from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday to Friday excluding civic holidays. Harvey Rural Community will give consideration to the third and final reading of the proposed By-law at the December 15, 2025, regular meeting of Council commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the HMCC Boardroom.
