Public Notice of Enactment

Public notice is hereby given that the Council of Harvey Rural Community has adopted By-Law No. 2025-01 – A By-Law to Amend the Dumfries Local Service District Rural Plan Regulation – Community Planning Act (13-DUM-053-00); By-Law No. 2025-02 – A By-Law to Amend the Kingsclear Planning Area Rural Plan Regulation – Community Planning Act (06-KNG-041-00); and By-Law 2025-03 – A By-Law to Amend the Prince William Local Service District Rural Plan Regulation – Community Planning Act (13-PRW-028-00), and that the By-Laws have been filed with the Provincial Land Registration Office.
