Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll move fluidly from shape to shape, occasionally pausing for 2–3 breaths before continuing our flow. Options will be offered throughout the class, allowing you to choose movements that feel right for your body—from gentle to more challenging.
You DON’T need to be flexible to participate, but you DO need to be able to move from standing to hands and knees and back to standing comfortably.
